Today’s workout: recovery

I did a bit of foam rolling for my achilles last night, and a half-assed round of crunches.

Today I did my standard hour workout: 35 minutes (well, 38 actually) on the precor, for 4.3 miles, then my core routine.  I finished with some foam rolling but also need to stretch.

Tomorrow is lifting, Thursday should be a mid-distance run, Friday more precor, and Saturday will be off leading into Sunday’s Santa Cruz half, which now feels like a freebie, since Oakland went well and I don’t feel like I have anything to prove.
